Return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Material & Craft

Crafted from high-purity reinforced ceramic, it features a dense and tough texture, smooth and glossy glaze, lead-free and cadmium-free, safe for food contact, showing a natural soft luster. Adopting hand-painting + 1320℃ high-temperature single firing technology, it undergoes multiple elaborate processes including blank making, trimming, glazing, hand-painting tulips, and high-temperature calcination. The tulip patterns hand-drawn by artists have delicate lines and rich colors, not easy to fade or peel off. The cup has smooth and elegant lines, a round and burr-free mouth, and the cup and saucer fit perfectly, balancing artistic beauty with practicality and durability, fully reflecting a sense of luxury and artistic texture.
